I was a full stack developer on the Learning Leader AI-powered platform at SmartFirm, building features that enhanced learner engagement through an on-demand virtual instructor. On the frontend, I contributed to React and Next.js applications for both the chatbot interface and the internal management platform, as well as the customer platform, ensuring a smooth and responsive user experience.

On the backend, I worked with AWS Lambda, Step Functions, and Amplify to create scalable workflows that supported course integration, data processing, course content scraping, and automated chatbot evaluation. I also integrated the Stripe API to build the customer-facing platform that allowed clients to manage their chatbot integration, subscriptions, and payments directly, making it simple for organizations to adopt and maintain the service.

Throughout the project, I collaborated closely with designers, product managers, and other developers, contributing to both feature development and the continuous improvement of the platform’s infrastructure.
